摘要 从热冲压成形原理及工作流程出发,研究了热成形的核心工艺,即板料温度控制和模具设计制造,并对热冲压成形材料和主要设备进行了总结,对热冲压与传统冷冲压工艺特点进行了对比论述,最后概述了热冲压成形技术在白车身上的应用及发展趋势。 The temperature control of sheet metals, and the design and manufacturing of the mould as the core processes of hot stamping technology were researched based on the principle and working process of the technology, and the hot stamping materials and the main equipments were concluded. The characteristics comparison results between hot stamping technology and traditional cold stamping process were showed as the research, and the application and development trend of hot stamgin technolo in the body-in-white were summarized.
