摘要
以白度和强力为指标,试验探讨了芦荟纤维的练漂工艺。优化的漂白工艺为:双氧水25 mL/L、硅酸钠5 g/L、渗透剂JFC 2 g/L、碳酸钠2 g/L、温度90℃、时间50 min、pH值11。经练漂处理后,纤维白度可提高到78.6,强力较原纤维下降了10.8%。
Taking the whiteness and strength as indexes, the scouring and bleaching pretreatment of aloe fiber are discussed. The optimal bleaching process are defined as follows: hydrogen peroxide 25 mL/L, sodium silicate 5 g/L, penetrating JFC 2 g/L, sodium carbonate 2 g/L, pH value 11, bleaching at 90 ℃ for 50 min. The whiteness of the bleached aloe fiber improves to 78.6 ,while the strength decreases by 10.8% than that of original fiber.
