摘要
印染排水原水经二级处理系统处理后,采用砂滤、碳滤、离子交换深度处理,出水可作一般回用或排放;再采用"超滤+反渗透(RO)"工艺对印染废水进行深度处理,COD去除率、色度去除率和硬度达标率分别达94.2%、100%和100%,出水水质可作为正常生产用水,符合生产回用要求。
Dyeing wastewater is recycled in the secondary system and further treated by sand filtration, carbon filtration and ion exchange, and the outlet water can be reused or discharged. After an advanced treatment with ＂UF ＋ RO＂ technology, the quality of outlet meets the requirement of reuse in production with removal rates of COD, color and hardness of 94.2%, 100% and 100% respectively.
