纺织服装工业碳足迹核算中的若干问题

Certain problems arising in assessment of industrial carbon footprint of textile and apparel products

针对纺织服装工业的生产特点,重点探讨纺织服装产品工业碳足迹核算中亟待解决的核算边界不清、设备实际工作时间难以计量、公用能耗及物料碳足迹数据拆分不易、能源及物料的碳排放系数及计算方法不统一、产品分类质量基准庞杂、生产环境差异影响显著等几类基本问题,认为需从纺织服装工程、机械设备工程、信息工程和生产管理等多学科全面深入地探索碳足迹核算方法,确保核算方法有理可依。

Research progresses in carbon footprint of textile and apparel products both at home and abroad are reviewed in this article. Combined with the characteristics of textile and apparel production, several issues to be resolved urgently are summa- rized. These are： accounting boundary is not clear, the actual working hours of electrical equipments are difficult to calculate, carbon footprint data of public consumption and material is not easy to split, energy and carbon emission factor of materials and methods of computation are not uniform, product quality criteria is complex, impact of differences in the production environ- ment is significant. It is considered that accounting method of carbon footprint should be investigated from textile ＆ garment engineering, mechanical equipment engineering, information engineering, and production management.
