摘要
结合华德管线改迁工程项目,介绍了水下输油管道常压干式环境不停产改线连接技术,包括方案设计、干式舱设计计算、海上安装、不停产开孔封堵及新旧管线连接。该技术与湿式水下管道不停产改线连接技术相比,在可视的干式环境下实现管道焊接、检验及节点作业,风险小、周期短、费用低,打破了使用国外专有技术的垄断。
According to HuaDe pipeline change move project, presents the modification and connection technology without shut-down for underwater oil and gas pipeline in the atmospheric pressure dry environment. Including the scheme design, dry cabin design and calculation, offshore installation, hot-tapping and plugging without shut-down as well as new and old pipeline connection. Compared with the wet modification and connection technology without shut-down for underwater pipeline,the technology is viewable in dry environment to achieve pipeline welding,inspection and joint operations. With low risk, short cycle, low cost, it breaks the monopoly for the use of foreign proprietary technology.
