益气维血治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血疗效分析

Treatment with Yiqi Weixue Granules on Iron Deficiency Anemia in Pregnancy

目的探讨益气维血颗粒对妊娠期缺铁性贫血 (IDA)的疗效。 方法对妊娠期IDA患者 2 2 0例作随机疗效观察 ,其中益气维血颗粒治疗组 1 2 0例 ,硫酸亚铁制剂治疗组 1 0 0例为对照组。 结果治疗组有效 1 0 8例 ,总有效率 90 % ;对照组有效 6 8例 ,总有效率 6 8% ,治疗组疗效高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。治疗前两组Hb、RBC、SF均无显著性差异 ,而治疗后 ,两组Hb、RBC、SF均有升高 ,治疗前后有显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 1 ) ,治疗组疗效更明显 ;两组治疗后的Hb、RBC、SF数值也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。 结论用益气维血颗粒治疗妊娠期IDA疗效好于传统的硫酸亚铁制剂 。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Weixue granules on iron deficiency anemia(IDA). Methods A total of 220 pregnant women with IDA were selected for the study. 120 cases were treated with Yiqi Weixue granules and the rest 100 cases with Ferrous Sulfate. Results The therapeutic results showed that 108 cases were cured by the former medicine (response rate 90%) and 68 in the latter (response rate 68%). Both drugs raised the value of Hb, RBC, SF levely and had significant difference between pre-and post-treatment (P<0.01 or P<0.05), but Yiqi Weixue granule was much better than ferrous sulfate to cure pregnant women with IDA(P<0.01). Conclusion Yiqi Weixue granule may replace traditional ferrous sulfate to treat IDA.
