脑膜癌病的周围神经病特点

The features of peripheral nerve lesions with meningeal carcinomatosis

目的 探讨脑膜癌病 (MC)周围神经损害特点。方法 将宣武医院 4 1例经病理证实的脑膜癌病中有周围神经损害的 35例患者进行总结并与国外资料比较分析。结果 我院脑膜癌病患者周围神经损害的比例较大 ,但临床观察欠深入 ,与国外比较发现率低。结论 脑膜癌病的周围神经损害发病率很高 ,以周围神经损害为首发症状者易误诊。

Objective To explore the features of peripheral nerve lesions with meningeal carcinomatosis(MC).Methods Thirty five cases with peripheral nerve lesions of MC patients were analysed and compared with other reports.Results The incidence of peripheral nerve lesions with MC was very high in this group as compared with other countries.Conclusions There is a high incidence of peripheral nerve lesions in MC patients.Usually it is easy to make an incorrect diagnosis if the peripheral nerve lesions appear as the first symptom of MC.
