Vaginoplasty using pudendum-thigh skin grafts

目的 本文报道 6例阴股沟皮片移植法阴道成形术。方法 取两侧阴股沟皮片各长10 .5～ 12 cm,宽 3.5～ 5cm,缝成皮套植入阴道穴中 ,供皮区皮肤直接拉拢缝合。结果 6例手术成功 ,本法具有外阴部形态好 ,供皮区部位隐蔽并愈合快 ,不影响外观的优点。

Objective To report 6 cases of vaginoplasty with pudendum thigh skin grafts. Methods Two pieces pudendum thigh skin grafts,each was 10.5～12.0 cm in length and 3.5～ 5.0 cm in width;were transplanted into vaginal hole as a skin case.The remained skin of grafts supplying area was suture directly.Results Six patients successfully undrewent this procedure.This method had the advantages of quick healing,nearly normal appearance of vulva and concealed skin wound.Conclusions Vaginoplasty using pudendum thigh skin grafts is a useful method which should be advocated.
