摘要
提出了一种通过直接测量传动箱体或润滑油的温度来间接获得齿轮和轴等旋转零件温度的新方法,即基于传热学和网络分析技术创建综合考虑齿轮、轴、轴承、润滑油和箱体等齿轮传动系统热网络分析模型和热平衡方程组,研究各单元节点的热传递路径及各零件之间温度的相互耦合关系,只要通过实验直接测试传动箱体温度或润滑油温度,即可间接获得齿轮及轴承等传动系统中各个零件的温度,从而大大地降低了齿轮等旋转零件温度运转试验测试难度,提高了测试效率,为齿轮传动系统的温度测试分析开辟了一条新的途径。
A kind of new method which directly measure the temperature of transmission box or the lubrication oil and indirectly get the rotating parts temperature of gear and shaft is puts forward. On the basis of heat transfer theo- ry and network analysis technology, create thermal network model and thermal balanced equations of comprehensive consideration of the gear, shaft, bearing, lubricating oil and the gear box are built, the heat transfer path of unit node and mutual temperature coupling relationship of various parts are studied, as long as through the experiment direct test transmission box temperature or lubricating oil temperature, the temperature of various components in transmission sys- tem could be indirectly got, thus the test difficulty of rotating parts in operation process is greatly reduced, the test ef- ficiency is improved. A new way for the temperature test analysis of gear transmission system is provided.
