摘要
以变速箱齿轮传动系统为研究对象,基于机械动态仿真技术,对变速箱齿轮传动系统进行了动态特性的研究。以Pro/E和ADAMS软件为工具,建立了变速箱多级齿轮传动的动力力学仿真模型,给出了约束、载荷、驱动力及接触力的添加方法和部分参数的取值,得到了各级齿轮的啮合力和啮合频率。仿真结果表明,仿真值与理论值误差很小,表明仿真方法及参数取值正确,具有较高的可信度,可为多级变速箱设计和计算提供参考。
Taking the gear transmission system as study object, based on the mechanical dynamic simulation technology, the dynamic characteristics of gear transmission systems is studied. Dynamics simulation model of multi- stage gear transmission system of gearbox is established, which is based on the software of Pro/E and ADAMS. The re- straint, loading, the adding method of driving force and contact force, some parameters values are given as condition, the engaging force and frequency of gear transmission at all levels are obtained. The simulation results show that the error between the simulation value and the theoretical value is quite small. It indicates that the simulation method and parameter values are reasonable, correct and credible. It can provide as reference for the multistage gear box design and calculation.
