摘要
以SolidWorks软件为建模平台,利用SolidWorks OLE应用程序开发接口API函数,设计了一齿轮类零件标准件库,可以快速生成直齿轮、锥齿轮、斜齿轮、齿条、涡轮蜗杆等齿轮类零件。利用该标准件库,设计并虚拟装配了一个对称锥齿轮差速机构,最后运用Solidworks平台的运动仿真插件COS-MOSMotion对该差速机构进行运动学仿真,通过比对理论计算结果与仿真结果,验证了对称锥齿轮差速机构原理的准确性,也为该领域的工程设计人员提供借鉴。
Based on SolidWorks, with API of SolidWorks OLE interface language, a gear standard part library which can build a gear class part quickly, Such as spur gear, bevel gear, helical gear, rack, wonn and so on is de- signed. Based on the library, a virtual symmetric bevel gear differential mechanism is designed. Then, the kinematics simulation of differential mechanism is carried out by using COSMOSMotion of SolidWorks. By comparing the result of the theoretical calculation and simulation, the accuracy of the principle of symmetric bevel gear differential mechanism is verified, the reference for designer in this field is provided.
