摘要
导向滑靴是采煤机行走部位中一个重要的支撑点,但极高的故障率严重影响了采煤效率。通过对常用导向滑靴的失效方式分析、机械性能的实际对比和热处理方案的调整来控制变形,从材料优化和制作工艺方面研发出高可靠性的导向滑靴。
Guide sliding boots is an important point in walking part of coal winning machine, But the high failure rate of the serious influence the efficiency of coal mining. Through the commonly used guide sliding boots failure mode analysis, mechanical property of the actual comparison and adjustment of heat treatment plan to control the deforma- tion. From the aspects of material optimization and production process research, a high reliability direction sliding boots is developed.
