摘要
对从日本进口的热轧弯板辊减速机中间惰轮齿轮的失效、点蚀剥落和胶合的损伤、中间惰轮齿轮轴承座的改进进行了系统分析,从齿轮材料的选用、热处理工艺等方面进行了优化改进设计。
The analysis of the bearing improvement, the pitting, spalling and scuffing damage and failure, of the reducer middle idle gear in hot rolling plate roller imported from Japan are carried out. The optimization improvement design of the gear from the gear material selection, process of heat treatment and so on axe carried out.
