雷奈酸锶对大鼠骨质疏松性骨折愈合的作用

摘要 目的探讨雷奈酸锶对骨质疏松大鼠股骨折愈合的治疗效果。方法雌性3月龄SD大鼠24只,随机分为3组,每组8只:正常骨折组(A),骨质疏松性骨折组(B),雷奈酸锶干预组(C)。B、C组接受双侧卵巢切除术,A组行假手术,所有大鼠于术后8周制作股骨中段横行骨折模型,克氏针固定,C组给予雷奈酸锶干预1g/(kg.d)。6周后取材,摄X线片观察骨折愈合情况,检测骨折部位骨密度以及生物力学分析其最大载荷。结果①X线摄片提示B组大鼠骨折愈合进程较A组明显延迟,骨折线更为清晰,骨痂量较少,密度更低,连续性差,C组大鼠骨折愈合较B组大鼠略好,但仍未达到A组水平,X线评分结果 A组显著高于B、C组,C组显著高于B组(P<0.05);②骨密度检测结果:A组显著高于B、C组,C组显著高于B组(P<0.05);③生物力学检测结果:A组显著高于B、C组(P<0.05),C组高于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨质疏松大鼠骨折愈合进程较正常大鼠延迟,雷奈酸锶可促进骨质疏松大鼠骨折的愈合。
