高频超声联合彩色多普勒对周围神经鞘瘤11例的诊断分析

THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE AND CLINICAL APPLICATION OF HIGH-FREQUENCY ULTRASOUND AND COLOR DOPPLER IN11 PATIENTS WITH PERIPHERAL NERVE SHEATH TUMOR

目的通过与CT、MRI的对照,探讨高频超声对周围神经鞘瘤的诊断价值及其临床应用。方法对11例经手术及病理证实周围神经鞘瘤的患者,分别应用高频超声观察其形态学特征,应用彩色多普勒血流显像观察其内部血供情况,并应用CT、MRI进行对比研究。结果本组11例患者中,高频超声诊断11例,检出率100%,彩色多普勒超声诊断神经鞘瘤7例,诊断准确率64%。结论高频超声联合彩色多普勒超声检查,具有简便、无射线损害、价廉,可以动态及重复检查,在周围神经鞘瘤诊断中具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical application of high- frequency ultra- sound in peripheral nerve sheath tumors by comparing with CT and MRI. Methods All 11 patients with peripheral nerve sheath tumors were confirmed by surgery and pathology, high- frequency ultrasound and color doppler flow were utilized to observe the morphological characteristics and internal blood supply, re- spectively ,both CT and MRI were applied. Results There were 7 cases of nerve sheath tumor patients were diagnosed by ultrasound during the 11 cases which were diagnosed by high frequency ultrasound, di- agnostic accuracy rate and detection rate of ultrasound were 64% and 100%. Conclusion These findings suggest that the high- frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound is a valuable diagnos- tic tool on diagnosis of peripheral nerve sheath tumors with the advantages of simple and convenient, no ra- diation damage and inexpensive, which could be dynamic and repetitive inspections.
