Bentall术治疗主动脉根部瘤18例分析

TREATMENT EXPERIENCE OF BENTALL OPERATION FOR AORTIC ROOT ANEURYSM

目的探讨Bentall术在主动脉根部瘤的应用。方法对18例Bentall术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中马凡综合征8例,升主动脉瘤并主动脉瓣关闭不全6例,升主动脉瘤并主动脉瓣狭窄2例,马凡综合征并主动脉夹层(A3型)、二尖瓣重度关闭不全1例,主动脉夹层(A3型)并主动脉瓣关闭不全1例。结果 18例患者无神经系统、肝、肾等重要器官并发症,无死亡,均治愈出院,随诊3～36个月,无一因心源性因素死亡,心功能恢复Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。结论 Bentall术对于主动脉根部瘤的治疗效果明显。

Objective To explore the Bentall operation in aortic root aneurysm application. Methods 18 ca- ses of Bentall operation retrospectively. The Marfan syndrome in 8 cases, ascending aortic aneurysm and aortic valve insufficiency in 6 cases, ascending aortic aneurysm and aortic stenosis in 2 cases, Marfan syn- drome and aortic dissection （ A3 type ）, severe mitral insufficiency in 1 cases, aortic dissection （ A3 type ） and aortic valve insufficiency in 1 cases. Results 18 patients without nervous system, liver, kidney and other important organs complications. No death, were cured and discharged were cured, was up 3 to 36 months, no due to cardiogenic factors for death, the recovery of cardiac function class I - II. Conclusion Bentall surgery for aortic root aneurysm treatment results.
