大黄酸对镉染毒大鼠急性氧化损伤的保护作用 被引量:6

PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF RHEIN ON THE ACUTE OXIDATIVE DAMAGE IN RATS EXPOSED TO CADMIUM

摘要 目的研究大黄酸对镉染毒大鼠急性氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 Wista大鼠32只,随机分为4组,正常对照组,单纯镉染毒模型组,大黄酸低剂量干预组,大黄酸高剂量干预组。镉染毒后,观察74h,处死大鼠,测定大鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的活力,测定肝、肾组织中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠肝、肾组织MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05),SOD活力显著下降(P<0.05),与模型组比较,大黄酸高剂量组血清中ALT和AST活力显著降低(P<0.01),肝、肾组织中SOD活力增加,MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论大黄酸对镉染毒大鼠造成的氧化损伤具有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与大黄酸的抗氧化活性有关。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of rhein on acute oxidative damage exposed to cad- mium in rats. Methods Thirty- two Wista rats were divided into four groups randomly. Control group, exposed cadmium model group, low dose rhein group, high dose rhein group, Rats were killed after ex- posed cadmium for 72h in latter three groups and determined the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ac- tivity, content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver and kidney as well as glutamic- pyruvic transaminase (ALT) and glutamic- pyruvic transaminase(AST) in serum. Results Compared with the control group, the activity of SOD in model group was decreased and the content of MDA were increased in liver and kid- ney. Compared with the model group, the activity of ALT and AST in serum in high dose group were de- creased, the activity of SOD were increased, the content of MDA were also decreased in liver and kidney tissue. Conclusion Rhein have effect of protection on oxidative damage of liver and kidney tissue induced by cadmium, its mechanism may be related to the antioxidant ability of rhein.
