摘要
随着2015年国家电网"两纵一横"特高压网架的建成,增加了四川水电的外送通道,湖北电网将成为四川水电外送的重要受益对象,预计2015年湖北电网能够消纳川电东送容量的33%。通过消纳四川水电,湖北电网的电力短缺局面有所改善,但同时又为电网安全稳定运行带来新挑战,为电能资源组织带来新机遇。主要研究了2015年特高压网架建成后,湖北接受四川水电对电网安全稳定的影响,经短路电流、潮流及稳定计算结果表明,湖北电网主干网架潮流分布合理,能够满足消纳四川水电后湖北电网安全稳定运行。
In 2015,with the building of "one vertical and two horizontal" UHV networks of State Grids, it will increase the outside send channel of Sichuan hydropower. Hubei power grid will be the important object of the project, and is expected to accept about 33 % of the capacity of Sichuan-East electricity transmission project. Through the reception of Sichuan hydropower, the electric pow- er shortage of Hubei power grid will be improved, but at the same time it brings new challenges for the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This paper studies mainly the reception impacts of Sichuan hydropower on security and stability of Hubei power gird after the completion of UHV network in 2015. The short circuit current, tide and stability calculation results show that the main trend of Hubei power grid spatial distribution is reasonable, and it can satisfy the safe and stable operation after the reception of Si- chuan hydropower.
