摘要
个别儿童的问题可能是幼儿园老师经常会遇到的具有普遍性的问题。这些儿童通常有着社会能力问题或认知能力问题或行为问题。教师应根据个别儿童的具体表现与个性特征,联合家庭形成教育合力,采取正确的方法引导这些个别儿童解决问题,尽快融入集体,在社会交往中实现更好的发展。
Children with problems of social abilities or cognition or behavior often have difficulties to adapt to their class life. The teacher should cooperate with their parents and take effective methods to help such children. The children should learn to communicate with others.
