摘要
目的 :探讨脐动脉彩色多普勒血流频谱分析在胎儿畸形中的临床意义。方法 :1997年 10月至 1999年 11月于本院行彩色多普勒超声检查胎儿发育异常 5 9例 ,全部病例在出生或引产后得到证实。同期收集正常孕妇 15 4例作为对照组 ,研究其脐动脉血流收缩期峰速与舒张期末期最低速度之比值 (S/ D值 )。结果 :胎儿畸形组的 S/ D值明显高于正常组 (P<0 .0 1) ;各类畸形中 ,多发畸形、消化系统畸形和中枢神经系统畸形组脐动脉血流 S/ D值异常者明显多于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ;而泌尿系统畸形和胸、腹水组与正常对照组比较 ,无显著差异 (P>0 .0 1)。结论 :胎儿畸形 ,尤其是多发畸形、消化系统畸形和中枢神经系统畸形可引起 S/ D值增高。
Objectives:To investigate clinical significance of umbilical artery flow velocity waveforms in fetal anomalies.Mothods:The systolic/diastolic(S/D)ratio in the umbilical artery of 59 fetal anomalies and 154 normal fetuses was analysed,all cases were confirmed after born. Results:The S/D values of fetal anomalies is higher than that of normal fetuses( P <0.001).The cases whose S/D values are abnormal in multi-malformations,gastrointestinal tract and central nervous system malformations groups are more than those in normal group( P <0.005),there is no significant difference between urinary tract,hydrothorax,hydroperitoneum malformations and normal group( P >0.005).Conclusions:The high S/D values can be caused by fetal anomalies,especially multi-malformations,gastrointestinal tract and central nervous system malformations.
