米非司酮对胎盘激素的影响

Effect of Mifepristone on the Placental Hormone

目的 :探讨米非司酮对胎盘功能的影响。方法 :对在我院病理性引产 16～ 19孕周的孕妇 13例 ,在服用 15 0m g米非司酮前后 2 4h各采集肘静脉血 5 ml,用放射免疫法检测血清 E2 、P、β- h CG、h PL水平。结果 :服用米非司酮后孕妇血清 P、β- h CG显著下降 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,h PL有下降趋势 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,E2 无显著性变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :中孕妇女在使用米非司酮后胎盘分泌激素的功能受到影响。

Objectives:Study the effect of mifepristone on the placental hormone.Methods:The changes of serum E 2、P、β-hCG、hPL levels in 13 pathological pregnant women(gestational age from 16 to 19 weeks)were determined respectively by radioimmunoassay before and after mifepristone treatment.Results:After mifepristone treatment,the serum P、β-hCG levels declined singificantly.The serum E 2and hPL levels were not significantly changed.Conclusions:mifepristore can effect the function of placental hormone secretion during the second trimester.
