摘要
为促进我国铁路桥设计规范的发展,回顾1985~1997年我国铁路桥设计规范修订工作,并在此基础上,对提高我国铁路桥设计规范水平提出一些看法和建议:①就实用讲,容许应力法不如极限状态法,而可靠性理论现在只能用于辅佐极限状态法。②逐步学习并传播世界先进结构规范——欧洲结构规范(Structural Eurocode)是当务之急。力求循序渐进地按我国的需要,为各种结构编出各自的简明、适用、先进的设计规范。
To promote the development of the railway bridge design codes of China, the amendments made to the design codes from the years 1985 to 1997 are reviewed. On the basis of the review, some opinions and proposals of the author for raising the levels of the design codes are put forward: ① In point of the practical application, the allowable stress design method is not better than the limit state design method while the reliability theory presently can only serve to aid the limit state design method. ② To learn and gradually spread the Structural Eurocode, the advanced structural code in the world, is a pressing matter of the moment and it is hoped that the concise, applicable and advanced design codes for different structures of China can be compiled in gradual and proper sequence in accordance with the need of the country.
