摘要
以2,6-二氯-4-氨基苯酚和2,3-二氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶为原料,经醚化反应得到3.5-二氯-4-(3-氯-5-三氟甲基-2-吡啶氧)基苯胺;以2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺和固体光气为原料制得2,6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯,再与3.5-二氯-4-(3-氯-5-三氟甲基-2-吡啶氧)基苯胺加成得到氟啶脲,收率为95%。
Chlorfluazuron was synthesized in overall yield of 95% by reaction of 3,5-dichloro-4-（3-chloro-5trifluoromethyl-2-pyridyloxy）aniline which was prepared from 2,3-dichloro-5-（trifluoromethyl）pyridine and 4amino-2,6-dichlorophenol,and 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate synthesized from 2,6-difluorobenzamide and bis（trichloromethyl）carbonate.
