产柚苷酶高产菌株的筛选 被引量:5

摘要 以橘皮粉为培养基质,对堆积腐烂的柑橘表皮采用稀释平板法和透明圈法筛选出一株柚苷酶生产菌株D7。通过菌落和形态特征观察初步鉴定为黑曲霉。对该菌株进行摇瓶发酵测其酶水平达到291.41U。该菌株具有较强的降解柚皮苷能力,在食品加工业中具有广阔的市场前景和应用价值。 Taking orange peel powder as culture medium, the accumu- lation of rotten orange skin was screened by dilution plate method and transparent circle screening, and a strain of naringinase produc- tion strain D7 was gotlen. The morphology was identified as Aspergillus niger. By shake flask fermentation the enzyme level reached 291.41 U on the strain. The strains with strong degradation of naringin ability, has a broad market prospect and application in food industry.
