鱼塘养殖水中5种拟除虫菊酯类农药的测定

Determination of 5 pyrethroid pesticide residues in pond water

以正己烷为萃取溶剂,采用液液萃取-气相色谱法同时测定鱼塘养殖水中联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、功夫菊酯、氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯5种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量。在0.5,1.0,5.0μg/L 3个添加水平下,样品的加标回收率为80.52%～91.59%,相对标准偏差为3.47%～6.21%。联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、功夫菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的定量限(LOQ)分别为0.02,0.04,0.03,0.08,0.10μg/L。

Five kinds of pyrethroid pesticides, namely bifenthrin, fen propathrin,cyhalothrin ,eypermethrin and deltamethrin in pond wa- ter were determined simultaneously by liqui＆liquid extration （LLE） and gas chromatography （GC） with n-hexane fur extraction sol- vent.. The method was reliable and stable that the recoveries were from 80.52% -91. 59% at the spiked level 0.5, 1, 5 μg/L, with the relative standard deviations ranging from 3. 47% to 6. 21%. The quantification limits （LOQ）of this method for bifenthrin, fen- propathrin, cyhalothrin, cypermethrin and deltamethrin were 0.02, 0.04, 0.03, 0.08, 0.10 μL, respectively.
