摘要
针对目前FFS包装机不能满负荷工作的现象,设计一种基于PLC的FFS包装机移动平台及控制系统。首先介绍移动平台的结构、工作原理和控制系统及硬件,然后在Step7-Micro/WIN环境下对控制系统的软件进行编程,最后对人机交流界面进行组态。应用表明,系统运行可靠,平台能够承载FFS包装机组自由移动,与下料口对接后,能够实现包装工作,完全满足现代化生产要求。
FFS packaging machine can't work at full capacity. Ac- cording to the defect at present, the paper designs a new mobile plat- form and control system based on PLC. Firstly, It introduces in de- tail the structures, working principle, control system and hardware. Secondly, System controlling software is programmed in the form by Step 7-Micro/WIN. At last, the paper conifigures the human-ma- chine interface. Application shows that the system is reliable, and the mobile platform can carry the FFS packaging machine to remove freely. The machine can meet demand and work well with docking blanking hole.
