摘要
瓜果去皮是瓜果深加工生产过程中的重要工序,重点要解决瓜果精确定位和随动去皮两大关键问题。以冬瓜自动去皮生产线为例,设计智能控制系统,采用激光位移传感器进行精确定位控制,经PLC运算得出准确位置信息,由交流伺服单元控制相关机械动作,完成瓜果的定位;随动去皮采用差动变压器式微小位移传感器作为仿形探头,通过仪表放大器和相敏整流电路检出瓜果表面的微小位移变化量来控制切削刀具的进给量,完成瓜果的去皮。运行结果表明,该设计系统的定位精度高,去皮效果良好。
Peeling is an important procedure in the deep processing of melon and fruit, where positioning accurately and peeling dynamical- ly are two key issues to be resolved. Taking the automatic production line of white gourd peeling as an example, design the intelligent con- trol system. The system uses the laser displacement sensor for pre- cise position control, and gets accurate position information via PLC for AC servo unit to control related mechanical action. Dynamic peel- ing is realized by controlling the feed of cutting tools according to the tiny displacement variation on the surface of fruit picked up by small displacement sensor of differential transformer as imitation shaped probes and by instrument amplifier and phase-sensitive rectifier cir- cuit. The results indicate that the designed system has high positio- ning accuracy and excellent peeling effect.
