番茄果实与茎秆分离力的影响因素分析 被引量:7

摘要 针对番茄收获机在收获过程中存在的果实与茎秆的分离问题,以里格尔87-5、石红20、屯河41加工番茄为试验对象,测定成熟番茄果实与茎秆在不同角度、质量、果实坚实度下分离力的大小。试验结果表明,不同类型的番茄品种、不同角度的拉力、不同质量等对果实与茎秆的分离力都有影响;不同的果实坚实度对分离力影响不显著;运用Minitab数据处理系统,建立果实与茎秆的分离力与不同角度的拉力、不同质量、不同坚实度之间的回归方程。分析表明:同一品种的加工番茄的分离力受角度和质量的影响明显,随着质量和角度的增加分离力逐渐增加,同一品种的番茄在90°时分离力最大。 Targeting the problems of the separation for fruit and stems when tomato harvester harvesting. This article put processing toma- tos(Riegel 87-5, Shihong 20, Tunhe 41) as the research object, meas- ured the size of ripe tomato fruit and stem separation force in differ- ent angles, weights, lirmness. The result showed that: varieties, angles of pulling force and weight had impact on the separation force, but the firmness had a significant impact. Then using the Minitab data processing system established and analyzed the regression equa- tion between the separation force and the different angles pulling force, the different weights and the different firmness. The results showed that angles of pulling force and weight had an obvious impact on the separation force in the same variety; with the addition of weight and of pulling force angle, the separation force was gradually increased; when the angle was 90°, the separation force reached the maximum.
