摘要
基于分析磨削加工过程对四缸曲轴主轴颈加工精度的影响规律,提出通过减小加工弹性变形从而降低磨削加工误差和提高曲轴磨削精度的工艺控制方法。有限元分析结果表明:影响主轴颈精密磨削变形的主要因素是顶尖压力和中心支承位置,而磨削力引起的弹性变形影响很小;当顶尖压力确定时,通过改变中心支架的作用位置能够有效减小顶尖压力导致的主轴颈的弹性变形;当中心支架作用于第二、第三主轴颈处时,曲轴变形能够减小1.5μm,使曲轴变形得到有效控制。
This paper analyses the influence of grinding process on the main journal machining precision of a four cylinder crankshaft, and presents a process control method of decreasing elastic deformation to reduce grinding error and improve the main journal grinding precision. The finite element analysis results show that the main factors of influ- nencing the main journal grinding precision is the pressure of the centers and core clamper and the active position of the workrests while deformation generated from grinding force is limited; adjusting the active position of the workrests will effectively reduce the elastic deformation caused by the pressure of the centers and core clamper at a certain pressure; when the workrests acts on the second and the third main journal, the elastic deformation will decrease about 1.5 μm which effectively controls the crankshaft deformation.
