摘要
近年来,高速电弧喷涂以其优异的性能得到广泛的应用。为提升其喷涂涂层与基体的结合强度,研究人员主要专注于新的喷涂材料的研究。文中分析高速电弧喷涂操作工艺并提出,改进喷涂预处理工艺,同样对提升涂层与基体的结合强度有较大的影响,并通过试验,得到了优化的预处理工艺参数。
High velocity arc spraying has been widely used in recent years. To enhance the bonding strength be- tween spray coating and substrate, researchers mainly focus on the study of the new spraying materials. Through the a- nalysis of high velocity arc spraying operation process, this article proposes that, the improvement of preprocessing also has a great effect on enhancing the the above-mentioned bonding strength and the optimal preprocessing parameters is obtained by experiments.
