摘要
提出一种基于模糊推理优化薄壁类零件注塑成型工艺参数的方法。该方法通过把复杂的多种性能特性优化转化为单一的灰色模糊推理等级优化,大大简化了多个性能特征优化过程的复杂性。实验结果表明,最优工艺参数设置的方法是合理可行的。
This paper presents a method based on fuzzy reasoning to optimize the injection molding process param- eters of thin-walled parts. With converting the complex multiple performance characteristics optimization to a single gray-fuzzy reasoning grade optimization, the method greatly simplifies the complexity of multiple performance characteristics optimization process. Experimental results show that the method of setting up the optimal process parameters is reasonably practicable.
