摘要
加载系统是挖掘机混合动力系统试验台的重要装置。结合6t混合动力系统试验台的技术要求,分析了加载系统的技术参数,确定了基于溢流阀的液压加载系统设计方案。给出了液压加载系统的工作原理图,介绍了加载系统的工作过程。建立了基于AMESim平台的液压加载系统仿真模型。对加载系统的最大加载功率和典型工况下加载功率进行了仿真计算。仿真结果表明:所设计的液压加载系统能满足设计要求。研制了液压加载系统样机,对样机的加载功率进行了实验测试,实验结果表明,加载系统输出功率误差<8%,所设计的液压加载系统满足设计要求,可以模拟6 t挖掘机的负载功率。
Loading system is an important device of excavator hybrid power system test-bed. According to the technical requirements of 6t hybrid power system test-bed, loading system technical parameters were analyzed and hydraulic loading system design scheme based on relief valve was determined. Hydraulic loading system fundamental diagram was designed and loading system working process was introduced. Based on AMESim platform, hydraulic loading system simulation model was established. With simulation research, maximum load power of load system and loaded power under typical work condition were simulated. Simulation results show that the hydraulic loading system can meet design requirements. The prototype of hydraulic loading system was developed and loading experiment tests were carried out. Experimental results indicate that the loading system output power error is Less than 8%. Therefore, the hydraulic loading system meets design requirements and can simulate 6t excavator load power.
