The Optimal Design and Test of the Elevated Aluminium Alloy Floor

摘要 首先运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对700型铝合金地板的关键结构参数进行了优化设计,然后对优化后的地板进行了压铸模具设计,并利用铸造模流分析软件AnyCasting对浇注系统进行了优化,确定了合理的压铸工艺参数,避免了铸造缺陷,最后对试制的地板进行了机械性能试验。试验结果与有限元分析结果相吻合,验证了地板设计的正确性,满足了生产要求。 Firstly, using finite element analysis software ABAQUS, so the key structure parameters of the type 700 aluminum alloy floor were optimized, secondly, the die casting mold of the optimized floor was designed, and then the casting mold flow analysis software AnyCasting was applied to optimize the runner system. Thus, the reasonable pa- rameters of die casting process were determined,in order to aviod casting defect. Finally, the floor was manufactured and mechanical performance test was carried out. Both the test results and the finite element analysis results are consistent, which verify the correctness of product design, and also meet the production requirements.
