摘要 基于人工蜂群(ABC)算法的直觉模糊多属性群决策方法对舰船通道布置方案进行了决策优选.分析了舰船通道布置的影响因素,提出了通道布置评价的指标体系.建立了适应于直觉模糊判断矩阵一致性调整的优化模型,并引入ABC算法对模型进行了求解,形成了一种新的直觉模糊多属性群决策一致性修正方法,该方法不需要决策专家反复协商来使专家决策结果达到可接受的一致性,提高了决策效率.通过舰船通道布置方案评价的具体实例,验证了该决策方法的可靠性和合理性. The arrangement scheme of ship passage was selected using intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute group decision-making method based on artificial bee colony algorithm. The influencing factors of ship pas- sage arrangement were analyzed and the evaluation indexes system of passage arrangement was proposed. The optimization model of consistency adjustment was established adapting to the intuitionistic fuzzy judg- ment matrix, the artificial bee colony algorithm was introduced to solve the mathematic model, and a novel consistency correction method was formed in intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute group decision-making. The method did not need to repeat the decision expert consultation to achieve acceptable consistency, which improved the efficiency of decision-making. The reliability and the rationality of decision method were verified by the instance of ship passage arrangement scheme evaluation.
