摘要
综述了梭曼及其代谢产物分析方法以及它们在梭曼的毒理学、毒代动力学及毒检中的应用。其中 ,手性毛细管柱气相色谱法或气质联用仪是实现梭曼四个异构体分离测定的较好手段 ;对梭曼酸性代谢产物的分析测定可以作为监测梭曼中毒的有力工具。
Analytic methods for soman and its metabolites and their application to toxicology, toxicokinetics and detection of poisons are reviewed. Among these methods, capillary gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can distinguish the four stereoisomers of soman well. Meanwhile, determination of acid metabolites of soman can serve as a potent chemical marker for monitoring soman exposure. [
