可降解聚氨酯疏水薄膜的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用相分离法以聚乳酸(PLA)、聚酯型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)为原料制备疏水聚氨酯薄膜。通过调节原料配比,改变溶液处理温度、处理时间等条件,研究薄膜疏水性的制备的工艺条件。结果表明,当PLA与TPU的质量比在1∶3至1∶4之间时,聚合物的充分溶解时间为45min;丙酮的处理时间为80min,处理温度为45℃时得到的薄膜疏水性较优,接触角可以达到142.5°,薄膜降解性能良好;在磷酸缓冲液中第9d的降解率可达9.14%,且薄膜具有多孔鸟巢状微观形貌。 Degradable hydrophobic PU film was prepared from polylactic acid (PLA) and plastic polyurethane (TPU) via phase separation method. Various preparation parameters were adjusted including the ratio of raw materials, solution treatment temperature and time. When the full dissolution time of PLA and TPU in THF was 45 min, the treatment time of solvent was 80min, and the treatment temperature of solvent was 45℃, a contact angle of 142.8% was observed. The degradation rate of the film was 9. 14% at the ninth day. SEM image of the film showed a honeycomb-like texture.
