摘要
利用分光光度计扫描加入铅离子前、后胶体金/DNA体系光谱,通过比较加入铅离子前、后A660/A530大小来快速定量铅离子。加入铅离子后,体系A660/A530变化较其他离子的大,颜色由红色变成蓝色,建立了简单、快速检测铅离子的胶体金/DNA体系新方法。该方法的线性范围为0.05~2.5μg/mL,检出限为0.02μg/mL,线性相关系数r=0.999。
Based on comparing the absorbance variation of A660/A530 before-and-after adding lead, a spectrophotomer was used for scanning the spectroscopy of the system of colloidal gold and DNA. The absorbance variation of A660/A530 with addition of lead was more than those of other ions. The color of the system changed from red to blue. A simple and rapid method for the detection of lead based on self-assembly of colloidal gold and DNA was established. The linear range of this method was 0. 05 ~ 2. 5 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient r of O. 999, and the detection limit was 0. 02 μg/mL.
