市域铁路与国铁互联互通的技术条件研究

Analysis of Technical Condition of Interconnection and Interoperability between City Regional Railway and National Railway

研究目的:市域铁路正逐步发展成为中心城市与新城之间的一种重要的快速、大容量、公交化的轨道交通方式。其与国铁之间的关系也日益变得重要。本文以温州市域铁路S1线为例,全面分析了市域铁路与国铁互联互通存在的若干技术问题,以便能给当前的城市建设提供决策依据。研究结论:(1)市域铁路与国铁互联互通可以方便国铁与市域铁路之间的部分直通客流,但必须采用与国铁兼容的牵引方式、供电制式、信号系统和兼容的限界;(2)国铁动车组上线后会对市域铁路的行车能力造成较大影响,运输组织、运营管理也不顺畅,限界要能满足国铁要求,工程投资也会增大。故市域铁路S1线不宜与国铁互联互通;(3)本文可以为各城市市域铁路的建设提供一定的理论依据,对城市轨道交通与国铁关系的研究工作有一定的参考意义。

Research purposes： The city regional railway is gradually becoming an important rail transit mode from the downtown to the new city, with the characteristics of high speed, large traffic capacity and public transport. The relation between it and the national railway is becoming important increasingly. This paper, taking the Line S1 of the Wenzhou Regional Railway as an example, comprehensively analyzes some technical issues on the interconnection and interoperability between the city regional railway and the national railway so as to offer the basis for the decision - making on the current urban construction. Research conclusions：（ 1 ）The interconnection and interoperability between the city regional railway and the national railway can be convenient for the through passenger flow between the city regional railway and the national railway, but the traction mode, power supply system, signaling those of the national railway. （2） After the EMUs system and gauge of the city regional railway must be compatible with run on the national railway, it will produce the big impact on the traffic capacity of the city regional railway, resulting in the unsmooth transport organization and operation management of the city regional railway. The construction investment will increase because the gauge of the city regional railway has to meet the requirements of the national railway. So the Line S1 of the city regional railway should not be interconnected and interoperable with the national railway. （3）This paper provides the theoretical evidence for the construction of the regional railway and also provides the valuable reference to the study on the relation between urban rail transit and national railway.
