摘要
采用面向对象的数据模型,通过对水利信息载体的有序管理,实现对水利数据长期管理的连续性;通过对各应用主题信息的再组织,提供业务应用的灵活性;通过数据交换技术与管理制度的建设,保持分布节点之间对象及其维度数据的一致性。采取有效技术规范和管理制度,实现水利数据中心数据与服务管理的长期有效、灵活多样和协调一致。
Adopting the object-oriented data model, through the orderly management of water conservancy information carrier, it realizes the continuity of long-term management of water conservancy data. Through refraining application theme information, it provides the flexibility of business application. Through constructing the data exchange technology and management system, it keeps consistency of object among distributed nodes and dimension data. Taking effective technical standard and management system, it realizes the data and service management of water resources data center can be long-term effective, flexible and consistent of water.
