摘要
设计一种新型水文巡测遥控缆道专用设备,重点研究解决采用缆道方式进行巡测时的运输、行车与主机的连接固定、信号处理、维修等问题。新型水文巡测遥控缆道设备保持驻测模式的缆道设施设备的优点,同时简化每个缆道巡测站的设施,通过现场安装设备进行施测,满足巡测需求。详细分析主要设备的机械结构设计、安装,给出相关设计示意图,说明采用的主要技术手段和方式,介绍设备的传感器及辅助控件、设备组装,遥控、遥测、信号传输系统等设计内容,提供一种投资较少、效率高、操作简单的巡测设备设计方案。此缆道设备可在我国的中小河流水文流量测验中较广泛应用。
The article introduces the design of a new hydrological cableway tour gauging equipment. It mainly studies the problems of transportation, fixed connection between vehicle and host equipment, signal processing, maintenance and so on. It keeps the advantages of cable way facilities of standing measuring mode and simplifies facility of every cableway tour gauging station. It meets the need of tour gauging by installing equipment at spot. The article analyzes the mechanical structure design and installation of major equipment in detail and provides design schematic diagram. It illustrates the main technical means and methods and introduces the design of sensor, auxiliary control, equipment assembly, remote control, remote sensing, signal transmission system. The designing scheme is of less investment, high efficiency and simple to operation. The equipment can be extensively used in the small and medium-size river water flow test.
