摘要
水文信息化建设涉及规划建设、资金、运行维护、管理应用、水文信息发布和水文科研等多方面内容。通过对红河州水文信息化系统建设现状分析,找出当前红河州水文信息化建设中的主要问题,并就推动水文信息化建设进展提出一些建议与对策,以期建设好红河州水文信息化系统。
Hydrologic informatization construction relates to planning and construction, capital, operation and maintenance, management application, hydrological information declaration system, hydrological scientific research, etc. Under the analysis of hydrologic informatization system construction in Honghe Prefecture, the article finds out the main problems and put forwards some suggestions and countermeasures in order to achieve the system on schedule.
