摘要
与传统功放组件的设计不同,空管雷达功放组件具有高功率、智能化的特点。文中以空管雷达功放组件的设计为例,论述了发射链路设计、BITE功能设计、冷却设计、结构技术、电磁兼容性设计等设计中的关键问题。提供了一些解决方法,并已在空管雷达发射机中使用,具有广阔的工程应用前景。
Differed with the design of traditional power amplifier, power amplifiers of air traffic control (ATC) radar take on high power and intelligence. The design of power amplifier module in ATC radar is taken as an example. The key problems such as the design of transmitter chain, BITE function, cooling system, replacement on-line, electromagnetic compatibility ( EMC), and so on. Some solutions of the key design problems of high power intelligent amplifier module in ATC radar are provided. These solutions have already been used in the ATC radar transmitter and have wide prospect in engineering application.
