Analysis and Design of a New Type of Support Used in Space Grid Structures

摘要 分析了某跨度为70.5m的水泥熟料库圆台形网架支座对网架结构整体性能的影响,提出了一种专门的平面内径向可动、法向约束的螺栓球节点支座,建立了包括支座底板、加劲肋、锚栓、法向限位板等在内的Abaqus有限元模型,并重点分析了节点的受力状态。结果表明,所提支座形式可以改善整体网架的经济性,并具有安全可靠的受力性能。 Based on the influence results of the support conditions on the mechanical behavior and economical efficiency of a 70. 5 m span space grid structure with shape of a circular truncated cone, a special support unfixed in radial direction and fixed in normal is presented. A finite element model including base plate, stiffeners, anchor bars, and normal stop plates is built up by using Ahaqus program, and the stress and deformation states under the possible design load combinations are studied detailedly. It is proved that this support not only can improve the economical efficiency of the space grid structure, but also has reliable bearing capacities.
