摘要
本文首先分析了我国LED产业发展的整体状况、产业分布及行业内重点企业,并对LED产业链中关键装备、关键原材料、外延芯片、封装及下游应用环节进行了具体分析,最后对我国LED产业未来发展情况进行了展望。
The overall development situation of China＇s LED industry, industry distribution and the key enterprises in the industry was analyzed firstly. Then the key equipment, key raw materials, epitaxial chips, encapsulation and downstream application section in the LED industrial chain were analyzed specifically. Finally, the prospect of the future development of China＇s LED industry was proposed.
