摘要
舞蹈"校团合一"办学模式是为了适应文化体制改革的社会大气候,使学校的人才培养与社会需求有效结合,资源优化组合,优势互补,使教学科研、创作表演、普及教育、市场营运、文化传承等多方面形成良性循环。
Educational mode of “dance school-dance company” adjusts itself to the cultural ly institutional transformation in China, providing effective combination between talents development and social requirements. Thus, it helps bring about optimized integration of resources, complementary advantages as well as beneficial cycles in terms of teaching and research, creating and performing, general education, marketing and cultural heritage, etc..
