不同免疫方法制备抗血清的效果比较

A Comparison of Immunization Protocols in Preparing Antisera

目的 比较不同免疫方法制备抗血清的效果以选取最佳免疫程序。方法 以菊糖 C3 复合物和重组葡激酶分别作为颗粒性和可溶性抗原 ,采用多种途径对 2 0只家兔进行免疫 ,并采用琼脂免疫扩散法测定抗血清的滴度。结果 多点肌肉、淋巴结和皮内注射所获抗血清的平均几何滴度分别为 1∶2 2 .6、1∶11.3和 1∶8。结论 多点肌肉注射是一个好的免疫程序。

Objective To compare immunization protocols in prepa ring antisera and select the best protocol. Methods 20 rabbits were i mmunized with inulin-C_3 complex and recombinant staphylokinase as granular an d soluble antigens respectively by different routes. The antiserum titers were detected by double immunodiffusion in agar gel. Results The geometri c mean of antiserum titers were 1∶22.6, 1∶11.3 and 1∶8 corresponding to unlik e immunization routes intramuscular, intralymphaden and intradermal. Concl usion The multisite intramuscular injection is one of the best immunization protocols.\;
