国产辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效分析

The Efficacy of Domestic Simvastatin in Treatment of Primary Hyperlipidemia

目的 评价国产辛伐他汀调节血脂的疗效及安全性。方法 12 2例原发性高脂血症病人随机分入国产辛伐他汀 (6 1例 )组和进口辛伐他汀 (舒降之 ,6 1例 )组。剂量 10mg ,每日 1次 ,疗程 12周。结果 辛伐他汀组降低胆固醇、甘油三酯和动脉粥样硬化指数的有效率分别为 86 .9%、6 5 .6 %和 73.8% ,与进口辛伐他汀组无显著差异。两组不良反应发生率分别为13 1%和 16 4% ,无显著差异。结论 国产辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症与进口辛伐他汀一样有效、安全。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of d om estic simvastatin. Methods 122 patients with primary hyperlipidemia w ere randomly received domestic simvastatin or ZOCOR (MSD) in daily dose of 10 mg for 12 weeks. Results After 12 weeks treatment, the total response r ates for TC, TG and TC-HDL-c/HDL-c were 86 9%,65.6% and 73.8%, respectively in domestic simvastatin group. There was no significant difference in response r ates between two groups, and so did the rates of adverse reactions (13.1% vs 16. 4%). Conclusion Domestic simvastatin is an effective and safe drug i n treating hyperlipidemia.\;
