摘要 目的 探讨β3 肾上腺素能受体 (β3 AR)Trp6 4Arg变异在南京市学龄儿童中的分布情况及其意义。方法 用基因多态性分析方法对 177名儿童的 β3 AR基因型进行调查分析 ,并测量其身高、体质量 ,计算体重指数 (BMI)。结果 调查对象中有Trp6 4Arg基因型的分布 ,以女童肥胖者为多。有Trp6 4Arg变异的女童 ,其BMI高于无变异者。结论 南京市学龄儿童中有β3 ARTrp6 4Arg变异基因型的分布 ,其与女童的肥胖有关。 Objective To find out the distribution and significance of Trp6 4Arg mutation of β_3-adrenergic receptor in school-age children in Nanjing. Methods 177 children were investigated by the method of rest ricted fragment length polymorphism for the Trp64Arg mutation, their height and weight were measured and body mass index (BMI) calculated. Results The results showed that there was Trp64Arg mutation among the 177 children, es pecially in obese girls. The BMI of girls with Trp64Arg mutation was higher than that of the girls without the mutation. Conclusion There is Trp64 Arg mutation of β_3-adrenergic receptor among the children in Nanjing and the Trp64Arg mut ation is numerous in obese girls.\;
