辣根过氧化物酶示踪大鼠孤束核、臂旁核至中央杏仁核纤维投射的解剖观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究孤束核 (NST)、臂旁核 (PBN)至中央杏仁核 (CNA)纤维投射 ,为阐明三者对内脏心血管活动的调节机制提供形态学资料。方法 用辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)逆行追踪标记技术 ,研究NST、PBN向CNA投射的起始神经元形态与分布。结果 在外侧臂旁核 (PBL)内见到大量中等大小圆形多极和梭形HRP标记细胞 ,在内侧臂旁核 (PBM)及Kolliker Fuse核仅见稀疏散在标记细胞。NST内见到中等量小而深染的椭圆形标记细胞 ,多集中于NST的尾侧 2 / 3处。结论 孤束核可直接或间接经臂旁核中继向杏仁核投射 ,为内脏心血管活动的重要传入途径之一。 Objective To evaluate the important role of the nu cl eus of the solitary tract (NST), the parabrachial nucleus (PBN) and the central nucleus of the amygdala (CNA) in the visceral and cardiovascular regulation, pro jections of NST, PBN to CNA in the rat was investigated.Methods The morphology of neurons in NST and PBN, projected to CNA wa s studied by the technique of retrograde horseradish peroxidase (HRP) tracing. Results A large number of HRP labeled medium-sized neurons, includin g round with multipolar and fusiform were in the lateral parabrachial nucleus(PB L). A few cells were sparsely labeled in the medial and Kolliker-Fuse Regions o f PBN. NST contained numbers of small-sized, heavily HRP labeled cells, which w ere most concentrated within the two thirds caudal region of NST.Conclusion the results suggest that the NST projects both directly an d indirectly, via the PBL to the CNA, which is the important afferent fibers to regulate the visceral and cardiovascular action.
