摘要
目的:明确黄芪桂枝五物汤对STZ诱发糖尿病大鼠周围神经保护作用和可能机制。方法:以坐骨神经传导速度和神经生长因子为指标,以弥可保为对照,观察比较药物治疗8周后不同组别糖尿病大鼠周围神经功能状态。结果:黄芪桂枝五物汤高剂量组改善坐骨神经传导速度和上调神经生长因子表达作用强于其他各组(P<0/05,或0.01)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤对糖尿病大鼠周围神经功能有明显改善作用,并与剂量成正比,神经生长因子表达的上调可能是其作用机制之一。
Objective: To ascertain the protective effect for the peripheral nerve function of Huang Qi Gui Zhi Wu Wu decoction on the STZ induced diabetic rats and investigate the mechanism.Methods: To observe the sciatic nere conductive velocity and nerve growth factor(NGF) compared with Methycobal after treated for 8 weeks.Results: High-dose group of Huang Qi Gui Zhi Wu Wu decoction had the significant effect on improving the level of sciatic nere conductive velocity and nerve growth factor(P0/05 or 0.01).Conclusion: Huang Qi Gui Zhi Wu Wu decoction can improve the peripheral nerve function on the STZ induced diabetic rats,which has a positive relation with the dosage and of which the up-regulation of NGF may be one of the mechanism.
